A day at my cousin Shawna's House!!! June 11th 2010

One day about 2 weeks ago(June 11th 2010) Alyssa and I went over to my Cousin Shawna's house and visited with her and her son Little Robert. They also call him Little Robbie to but his name is actually Robert though. Anyways we Had a good time visiting them it was a good day. It was during the week while Robert was at work so Alyssa and I figured we would go visit our cousin. It's funny because Shawna's Husband name is Robert too so we are both with Robert's(LOL). I enjoy talking with Shawna and spending time with her not only because she is my family and I Love her, But she you know is a new Mom like me so we have alot in common. Her baby is like 2 months younger then Alyssa. So sometimes I can give her a heads up on some things that she might be about to experience. Kind of like how Lindsay does being how Cameron is older then Alyssa she always goes through stuff with him before I go through them with Alyssa.  For instance just yesterday I saw Cameron chewing on his Pacifier and she told me that when they do that that means that their teeth is hurting them or their gums. And when they naw on the passe it makes them feel better. I told her I sinced that what was going on when I seen her do that so I would give her orgel. But I didn't know for sure. It's amazing how good a Mother's instinct is. So back to what I was saying I really like talking about Mommie stuff with Shawna It's fun and it's good to be able to talk with someone that's going through what your going through and can understand it. Alyssa and little Robert really seemed like they liked each other and communicated really well.  I just think they look so cute together in these pictures. It will be cool if they end up in the same school like me and Shawna did.  Shawna has a Sister named Brandy.And they where my favorite cousin's growing up.I stayed at their house on the weekends and during summer vacations We hung out alot growing up. My Dad and their Dad was good friends and still are. I loved all my Cousin's it just seemed liked I hung out with them the most. Probably because I enjoyed hanging out with them so much,we where around the same age and our Parents always where around each other. I have like 50 cousin's together. Well I am going to go for now just got back from Church. And my Mom is cooking breakfast and she is cooking eggs and toast my favorite. Just like Marlene used to make for me all the time. A Day at the office!!! June 8th 2010

 

  

My Mom,Alyssa and I went to the office tosay hi and I wanted to show my Mom the office beiung she had not seen it before. I introduced her to all of our employes too. And she was able to see Tyann's workplace and see what she does. All in all we hada good day. June 8th 2010

Alyssa's New Toy!!! June 2010

Alyssa's cousin Cameron was kind enough to let her borrow his jumperoo and Bumbo!!! He wasen't using it no more so they let us borrow it.  Alyssa just loves the Jumperoo at first she really couldn't bounce in it much but now that she has had it for about a week. She is bouncing in it. I just put a pillow on the ground like Lindsay sugggested and it worked well now her little feet can reach the floor so she can bounce.  And the bumbo is nice because when Robert and I are hanging out in the living room setting on the couch I can put her in the bumbo and set it on the couch and she can set with us by her self without falling over.  Because she can't quiet set up by herself yet. The bumbo from what I hear is suppossed to help with that by getting her used to setting up and it sterathens her back and neck muscles. And this is great because she really does not like tummy time so she needs something that will help streathen her musles so she can learn to set up by herself.

Alyssa's Doctor Appt!!! June 3rd 2010

Alyssa had a Dr Appointment on June 3rd 2010 and it was a new Doctor that we had never been to before. We had to switch Doctor's because of her Insurance and her Dr had left that Doctors office anyway and i didn't like the new Dr so I didn't fight to stay there. So we had to find a new Doctor. We went to this one Doctor Dr Sadie and we didn't like her at all.  So I scheduled an appointment with this Doctor and Alyssa and I really liked him alot. So I think we are gonna stick with him. He was a smart man and seemed very kind. Well this was just a check up so she did not get no shots so she didn't get mad at him.(LOL) She got weighed and she weighs 14 pounds exactly well that was June the 3rd. For her age they say 16 to 18 pounds is good so I guess she is 2 pounds underweight. But the Doctor was surprised because he said she looks so healthy, So he said not to worry about it. Just to feed her every 4 hours bottle's that is and the vegetables and fruit's 3 times a day. And really I was already doing that. So she is fine she is just petite!!! Which that's a good thing not bad right.    

A Day at the Beach with my Family!!! June 5th 2010

Robert, Alyssa and I went to Jax Beach on Saturday to meet Lindsay, John, Cameron and Emily to have a fun day!!! We really enjoyed ourself I had alot of fun. I Love going to the beach and here lately I haven't really been able to go. This was actually our first time going to the beach all year. And I hope we do it again real soon. And last summer I really didn't go much because I was Pregnant and most of you know that you get really hot when your pregnant. Except for you guys of course you don't know. Well I hope you don't know. (LOL) This was also Alyssa's first time at the Beach. I think she did really well too. We put lots of sunscreen on her and it worked because she didn't get sunburn.(Thanks Goodness) She looks red in the last pic but the next day she wasn't red at all. Well I am going to go ahead and go got to put my honey bun to bed. Talk to ya later
